This property has been in the Nuvoli family since 1574. Ancient vines are 100% Barbera grapes.
Nuvoli Barbera has a bright ruby color tending to garnet with aging. Its scent is rich, vinous and fruity when young, which evolves into a complex bouquet persistent and ethereal. One senses a good mixture of cherry, violet and blackberry.
The taste is notable body, intense and harmonious. The youthful fruitiness is replaced, after aging in cask, with a pleasant bitter-almond. Enjoy the wine young, but wine is particularly suitable as well for long aging.
