Ageing: 24 months in French oak bariques (Alier).
Alcohol content: 15% Vol.

Unfiltered wine, the possible presence of sediments is natural, we recommend decanting before serving.

TASTING NOTES
Color deep ruby red. Bouquet: the aromas are intense and complex and show fresh notes of red pulp ripe fruit (raspberry, blackberry.). Taste: the wine is velvety on the palate, full-bodied, rich and balanced, with a long spice finish. The alcohol is well supported by a perfect acidity and refined tannins.

Serving temperature:16-18 degrees C (60-64 F).

Suggested pairings: perfect with game, roasted and grilled meats, casseroles and well-matured cheeses.
