The quality of the grape determines the quality of the wine more than any other factor. Grape quality is affected by variety as well as weather during the growing season, soil minerals and acidity, time of harvest and pruning method. The combination of all these is often referred to as the grape's terroir, the main characteristics of our wines.
Our Pinot Noir has a medium violet ruby color, and shows classic cherry aroma typical of young Pinot Noir with an added intriguing herbal scent. Round, gentle fruity flavors are balanced by good acidity and medium body, with a fresh mid-palate texture leading into a savory, moderately crisp finish.
