The quality of the grape determines the quality of the wine more than any other factor. Grape quality is affected by variety as well as weather during the growing season, soil minerals and acidity, time of harvest and pruning method. The combination of all these is often referred to as the grape's terroir, the main characteristics of our wines.
Our Riesling is slightly sweet with a wonderful fruity bouquet and intense flavors of apples and peaches with just a hint of citrus. The natural acidity gives this wine a perfect balance that is refreshingly crisp and leaves your mouth watering. A perfect party wine. Serve chilled.
