The quality of the grape determines the quality of the wine more than any other factor. Grape quality is affected by variety as well as weather during the growing season, soil minerals and acidity, time of harvest and pruning method. The combination of all these is often referred to as the grape's terroir, the main characteristics of our wines.
Our Pink Moscato was produced exclusively from our estate-grown Red Moscato grapes. When the grapes are harvested, the skins are left on for only a short time to give a nice pink rose' color. The result is a super fruity and flowery aroma. Apricots and peaches are drenched in honey and sweet jasmine blossoms.
