Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel barrels.
Ages in 5000 liter oak barrels for two years; refined in bottles for approximately 6 months.
Harmonic body, delicate yet intense bouquet of fruits and spices. To be served at 64 degrees with dishes of fine red meat and game, and perfect in concluding an exquisite meal.

Earthy aromas recall underbrush, licorice, leather and black cherry. These all carry over to the palate along with notes of espresso. It's already accessible but will also age modestly. Drink 2015-2022.
